Simone Biles Titled U.S. Female Olympic Athlete of the Year
Simone Biles is a young olympian making big waves for team U.S.A.
The 18-year-old was named the team’s top olympic athlete following accomplishments like becoming the first female to win three consecutive world championships this year, a first in 23 years. She’s also the first to win 10 career worlds gold medals making her total 14. We can’t forget to mention since August 2013, Simone has dominated every meet she’s competed in.
This honor was awarded to Biles over tennis champion Serena Williams, triathlete Gwen Jorgensen, and many more talented women.
Congratulations, Simone. Keep shining with all that gold!
