Perfect Score: High School Teen Accepted Into All Ivy League Schools

Long Island high school senior Kwasi Enin has been accepted into all eight Ivy League Universities – Brown, Columbia, Cornel, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, Yale, and the University of Pennsylvania.

Forget receiving acceptance letters, very few students even apply to all eight prestigious institutions. “It’s a big deal when we have students apply to one or two schools. To get into one or two is huge. This is extraordinary,” says Nancy Winklet, a guidance counselor told USA Today.

The 17-year-old genius says he has yet to pick a school to attend but says his preference is Yale.

    Although I’m glad you covered the story, I’m offended that you have presented this story like every other mainstream form of media…as a surprise. Although I do recognize this is a great accomplishment for ANYONE, your coverage just reinforces that idea that he, and other academically successful students of color are exceptions to their race.
