FENTY Skin Kit Review

FENTY Skin Kit Review

FENTY Skin is finally here!

Back in 2017, Fenty Beauty shook the world with the revolutionary line of 40 shades of foundation and now they’ve done it yet again. Who else saw this coming?

Before we dive completely into these products have you noticed we’ve gone through a relaunch ourselves? That’s right Live Civil has an all-new look and some new faces pair with it. Did you notice?

As your designated Lifestyle Curator readers like you can expect more content surrounding self-care, product reviews, and fashion. After suffering years of acne, I can relate to the struggle of cautiously using different products for relief. After hopping on Accutane a few years ago I’ve been on the hunt for a regular routine that works for oily and acne-prone skin. Along the way, I’ve tried over the counter products and moderately priced serums. Nonetheless, it’s all been quite a process, to say the least.

Remember when testing out any new product it takes time. This review is solely a first impression on this 3-Step Routine. After just a week I’ve personally seen some subtle but yet positive results.

There is a scent with the Cleanser and Moisturizer, but nothing unbearable. This line is also vegan and super travel friendly.

Here is the full review of FENTY Skin’s 3-Step Routine made easy.

Step 1: Cleanser

Massage and work the Cleanser into your pores in a circular motion.

The scent is similar to that of Vanilla Creme or even Birthday Cake.

Tip: A little goes a long way. A small portion in the palm of your hand will do the job.

Step 2: Fat Water (Toner)

Pour it up, Pour it up.

Usually, I’m a NO when it comes to a toner, but Fat Water has changed my tune. There’s a small period where the serum may feel a little sticky, but within a minute your pores literally absorb every drop of the formula.

Tip: Allow your skin to be a little moist after you cleanse and dab the Fat Water into your pores.

Step 3: Moisturizer

This one right here goes do HARD!

I can admit I’m not the best when it comes to using an SPF on a regular basis, but this has made the process a lot easier. Yes, it has a scent but it’s pleasant and light. Oh, and did I mention the scent doesn’t last long at all.

Tip: Make sure to do this step at least 15 minutes before leaving the house for the best results!
