There are many actors, rappers, models, personalities and music artists that are famous for their sculpted, toned body and chiselled abs. However we tend to forget that a lot of these personalities have access to the best trainers and nutritionists. Some of these celebrities take the opportunity to write about health and fitness from their unique perspective and it gives us a chance to attempt to do as they do when we purchase their books or DVD’s. Every year you will find new health and fitness books by a celebrities. Here are some of the known books to be published in 2013 that you should keep your eye out for:

1.  Formula 50 by 50 Cent

This sounds like it will be good. For years we have admired his chiselled body in music videos. Finally 50 Cent along with Jeff O’Connell discusses the key ingredient in metabolic training and also include nutritional guidelines.

2. Gwyneth Paltrow

Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow is releasing a cookbook full of recipes that she uses when she is slimming down for a role.

3. Sarah Palin

In an email to People magazine in the fall, she wrote: “Our family is writing a book on fitness and self-discipline focusing on where we get our energy and balance as we still eat our beloved homemade comfort foods!” There is no known release date but we are sure it will be interesting.

4. Dick Cheny

Dick Cheney will be writing a book along side his own cardiologist. In his release he stated, “Through the story of my own personal experience with heart disease, I hope to provide education, inspiration and hope to millions of Americans who are facing similar challenges.”

5. Jillian Michaels

It’s no surprise that since she made a come back on the biggest loser that Jillian Michaels would be releasing a new book. In February 2013 she will share with you simple ideas and answers to those challenges and situations that might have thrown you off your game in the past — eating, moving, at home, at work, on the go, staying motivated, evading pitfalls and more.
