Women In Media Honored Susan from Sesame Street during the 7th Annual GLOBAL Conference

Over 25 inspiring speakers and 300 attendees from all over the country gathered in Philadelphia to remind women to own their voices!

On Thursday, November 14, 2019, to Sunday, November 17, 2019, Kemorene Inc. Presented The 7th Annual Women In Media Conference Hosted by WIM GLOBAL with the 2019 Theme MEDIA POWERS: Nothing Moves Without Us!

The conference was held at Quorum at the University Science Center located at 3675 Market Street in Philadelphia, PA 19104. Hosted annually since 2013, the conference convenes women locally, nationally and internationally to Empower, Equip and Encourage them to own their own voices. For the 7th Year, WIM hosted our largest production, highlighting over 25 inspiring experts covering all things Media, Communications, Arts, Entertainment, Wellness, and Business!

The conference experience was for women from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life in the media, communications, arts, and entertainment industries, those who aspire to enter the industry, or those seeking opportunities to build relationships with women in media. Women and advocates of women in media, communications, arts, entertainment, and business gathered in Philadelphia, PA and combined our MEDIA POWERS! There were inspiring speakers, breakout sessions, industry networking, lifestyle experiences, and educational opportunities lined up.

For the first time in history, WIM GLOBAL expanded the conference to a 4-Day experience and debuted the Inaugural Arete of Media Brunch Celebrating Honorees in the Arts & Entertainment Industries.

Recently, KC Content Contributor Cheyenne Corin and Entrepreneur Master P sat down with Women in Media to discuss the role of women in the industry and how his career has impacted our community.
