A young teen in California is making news today after he donated blankets to critically ill babies.
According to ABC7 Los Angeles, Jonah Retin went around the Glendale Adventist Medical Center on Tuesday (February 9) to hand out blankets to the families with sick and premature babies.
The 13-year-old, who was born premature at just 23 weeks says given back to those like him is something very special.
The boy told the news outlet, “It makes me feel good because we’re giving back to the community. An organization gave me blankets and I wanted to do the same for them, to give them comfort and warmth in the rough journey they’ve been having.”
