There’s more to the singing and dancing pop star Rihanna than society often sees.
On Dec. 11, the diamond diva herself hosted the inaugural Diamond Ball in Beverly Hills, Calif. to support the Clara Lionel Foundation. At just 17 years old, RiRi started the foundation to honor her grandparents and to support health, education, global culture and arts.
The black tie fundraiser event welcomed star-studded celebrities, such as Salma Hayek, Kim Kardashian, Tia Mowry, Ne-Yo, Adrienne Bailon, Fabalous and Brad Pitt. Hosted by comedian Jimmy Kimmel, the night was certainly a success.
Since its inception, Rihanna has helped raise tens of millions of dollars and has even established The Clara Brathwaite for Oncology & Nuclear Medicine in Barbados.
