An elderly Tennessee man by the name of William Isabell called his local police station saying that he hadn’t eaten in two days. The officers then went out of their way to help the man in a very generous way.
According to sources, the on-duty officers got together to purchase and personally deliver a month’s worth of groceries to Mr. Isabell.
Officers Adam Runions, Nathan Bolton, Buddy Odom and Brian Grey stocked the 79-year-old man’s kitchen shelves and refrigerator.
Officer Nathan Bolton, told the news outlet WKRN “I think he was shocked at the amount of food that we bought and just the fact that it was there without question.”
