Morris Chestnut, Terrence J, Justine Skye & Omarion Take A Stand Against Domestic Violence

By Posted on 0 1 m read

Over the 4th of July weekend, Verizon’s HopeLine program teamed up with celebrities Terrence J, Justine Skye, Omarion and Morris Chestnut to debut a powerful PSA at the Essence Music Festival about an ongoing issue in our society — domestic violence.

The new PSA was designed to empower individuals to take action against domestic violence and Verizon’s making the fight easy to join. People can participate in this worthwhile initiative by visiting any Verizon store and donating a used wireless phone as part of the aforementioned HopeLine program. These donated phones will be used to connect victims of domestic violence, as well as help raise funds for multiple domestic violence organizations.

The goal is to reach 1 million donated phones by the end of the year. An achievable goal, for sure!

Take a look at Verizon’s powerful PSA below and please support this cause by donating an old wireless phone to any Verizon store nationwide.
