First Ever Youtube Awards Makes History and Crowns New Winners

By Posted on 0 2 m read

Things got wild an crazy last night in New York as one of the world’s favorite video viewing sites hosted the first ever Youtube Music Awards. The theme of the show was to be spontaneous and unscripted from start to finish while incorporating the audience into just about every aspect. With performances from the likes of Eminem to Lady Gaga this was the ticket for Sunday night.

Unlike other awards shows, the Youtube Music Awards is decided entirely by the public based on views, and the winners and nominees were all indisputably the cream of the crop. With challenges like eating through cake to find the winner of a category, these awards, which were streamed around the world, were almost a mix between TRL and a 90’s Nickelodeon game show. Best of both worlds right!? Well the winners are in and we’ve got their names and vids for you right here!
