With cold winters headed our way, Chance the Rapper’s real concern is towards the homeless population in Chicago.
Chance’s most recent efforts to better his hometown is to make sure homeless people aren’t suffering in the harsh weather. His “Warmer Winter” initiative is dedicated to raising $100,000 to buy coats for them. So far, enough money has been made to buy 30 EMPWR coats. The goal amount will help buy exactly 1,000 coats to assist through the notoriously harsh Chicago winters.
