Black Students Can Find Refuge in NAACP’s Discrimination Hotline

By Posted on 3 1 m read

University of Missouri has been trending in the news regarding racist threats made towards students. While these are frightening times, the NAACP decided to bring comfort with a new discrimination support hotline.

Ever since many did not feel protected by former president, Tim Wolfe, regarding racial outbreaks towards the African American body, the same feelings have been felt towards police. Tensions have been high and not knowing who to turn to has not helped.

The Huffington Post reported 844-NAACP-HELP is the number to call if students face threats they do not feel comfortable reporting to local law enforcement.

We continue to pray for resolution to this ongoing issue.
